The TDP-TW350U can be networked and controlled remotely via a wired LAN connection, which also has password protection for increased security. Network administrators are given the flexibility to remotely control the projector over a network and receive email notification via SNMP/ Simple Network Management Protocol/ for issues related to temperature, fan and lamp status. The integrated IEEE 802.11g wireless functionality in the TDP-TW350U delivers fast set-up time and enables presenters to connect to the projector from anywhere in the room and deliver sequential presentations without the need for cables. The PC card slot also enables users PC free presentations that allow presentations to be stored on a PCMCIA type II storage card, eliminating the need for a PC. Toshibas TDP-TW350U integrates the data, video and audio features necessary for high end multimedia presentations. The projector comes packaged in a sleek, high tech casing with multiple computer inputs one RGB 15 pin, one five pin BNC and one DVI, two video inputs for composite and S video, three components shared with computer inputs, two four watt stereo speakers, one type A USB port, and wired LAN and wireless connectivity. Other features unique to the TDP-TW350U include variable audio out and picture in picture capability, allowing users to view more than one input source at a time, as well as view a corner screen or side by side split screen.
